    Last one we bought: Agricola…Super cool…Kind on a mix of Magic and Colon of Catan.

    Worst board game ever: Monopoly

    Favorite of all time: Carcassonne, with all the expansions.

    Party game: Kaker laken poker…a bluffing game, simple and fun.

    And, yes I’m a board game lover!

    I’ll play board games. I enjoy ones like Cranium, but I think that Scattergories (if that counts) might be my favorite. Maybe Scrabble. No, Monopoly. Hm.

    I’ve played plenty of bad ones, but none of them stand out in my mind.

    My favorite is scrabble but I never get to play it enough. Until recently, that is, when I learned about iPhone Words With Friends, which I’m addicted to and play instead of commenting on blogs and stuff.

    So, are you bringing Smallworld to Florida? It looks like it could be a fun way to spend Sunday morning….

    I have no idea what my favorite is anymore. I used to have some favorites, like Pay Day, Monopoly, Life — you know, the classics, but having played them more recently, meh. (Though, Monopoly Party on PS2 was pretty cool.) Actually, Life with the old rules is still pretty cool, but the new rules suck.

    I played Settlers of Cataan once or twice, but I can’t even remember how to play at this point.

    I guess Blokus is probably one of my recent favorites.

    As for worst, I have even less idea about that.

    @THE BROTHER: You only hate Monopoly because I used to beat you at it all the time. I know your board games obsession very well… :lol:

    @Avitable: Scattergories totally counts! It’s one of my favorite games too! Although, I never played in English… :sad:

    @Whall: I tried Facebook scrabble with SheilaCSR, but I find it hard to play in English. Stoopid French brain of mine…

    @Ren: You know, if the box was not that big, I would consider bringing the game with me. Unfortunately, luggage space is fairly limited… :cry: I could probably squeeze Munchkin in, if you know that one…

    I love board games. I HATE Monopoly with a fiery passion, which is the irony in Dawg getting me the cat lovers edition. (He knew I hated the game when he bought it. He’s an instigator. :p )

    My favorite board game is “Sequence.” The worst board game I ever played was “Mystery Date.” Or maybe it was “Holy Crap I Hope Hilly Doesn’t Sue Me for Copyright Infringement.” I mean, sure in “Mystery Date” you can end up with “The Dud” as your date and totally lose even when you win… but at least you can’t end up dead, as is the case with “Holy Crap I Hope Hilly Doesn’t Sue Me for Copyright Infringement.”

    My favorite board game is still Trivial Pursuit. I love Apples to Apples but that really doesn’t have a board, per se.
