From 6:50 to 8:18 my time, I’m flying to Washington DC
for a week-long Blackboard conference.
I’ll be tweeting, live-blogging and reporting from the event.
You can follow my adventures on my alternate webthings if you want – I didn’t want to bombard you with a plethora of #BbWorld09 tweets or 5-10 mini-blog posts a day.
And yes, I did say reporting. I volunteered to be one of the 10 or so client-reporters. Blackboard will provide me with a flip camera and I’ll interview folks coming out of the different presentations. I don’t know where those videos will be hosted, as soon as I know I’ll let you know so you can watch me make a fool of myself.
This should be fairly interesting, as I was instructed to get creative and to do at least five a day.
Also: I’m not biking to Washington.

I am very relieved to know you aren’t biking!

Sounds awesome – looking forward to the reports!
